Fourth of July celebrations

Since the temps were well into the 100's and we do not have AC in our house Cameron, the dogs and I all went to my moms to stay cool. Bryan spent the week at the fire station which kept him busy as well.  Now the temps are back in the mid 80's which is much nicer, and it is nice to be back home!!!

June's come and gone

I can't believe how fast this year is flying by us. Cameron is getting bigger each day it seems. He is towering over his 2 year old buddies and almost bigger than most 3 year old. It is quite scary. So far Bryan hasn't had any major fires to go to just little ones that last a day, which is good for us.  Work is going good for me ~ I have a new position and it is quite fun and challenging. Here's how we spent the end of our June - Enjoy!

Summer is here in full force. Its been 100 at our house which is becoming more common than not... thank heavens for sprinklers and little pools to keep us cool!

Tomorrow is picture day at school so Cameron got a haircut!!

Bribery!

We have a bad habit going where Cameron will wake up anywhere from 2-5 and come to bed with us. So last night I told him if he stayed in bed all night he would get a prize. Lo and behold he did. So he got to pick one of five matchbox cars. If he does it again tonight he will get another one tomorrow!

Here's to a relaxing weekend !!! We made Bryan eggs Benedict for breakfast and are enjoying our day of doing nothing for a change!! Happy Father's day to all you Dads and granddads out there!

Well, we managed to survive our first day of 90 something degrees inside and out...  And luckily Duke is healed from the surgery so he can go play in the water too!!
